She is knowledgeable, friendly, calm, and an excellent active listener. I cannot find the words to adequately express my gratitude for how she helped us manage our Atlanta home search from New York during the global pandemic in such a short period of time. She knows the geographic landscape of the region and the local housing market. She communicated often and clearly, and she efficiently handled many details for me that I would have caused me many, many hours of time had she not acted. "It was such a pleasure working with Connie during a not so pleasant short sale process. We heard that short sales could take up to a year to close so we were very nervous. Connie made it happen in less than 3 months and was a friend throughout the process. She always responded to our calls and emails and I believe she pushed to close. I hope to not have to buy another house anytime in the near future but I would recommend her to anyone looking."
